Professor of Finance (Open Rank)


Applications are invited for full-time, tenure-track positions, at all ranks, for the 2019/20 academic year (starting September 1, 2019). Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline in hand or expected by employment start date. Candidates should demonstrate strong research skills and an understanding of, and appreciation for, a quality academic program at the M.B.A. and Ph.D. levels. Qualified female and minority candidates are particularly invited to apply. Salaries are competitive. Applications should include a cover letter describing why you are interested in joining a finance department, your vita, your job market paper, and the names of at least three recommenders.

Professor of Marketing (Open Rank)


KELLOGG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY HAS ONE OR MORE FULL-TIME TENURE TRACK POSITIONS OPEN in the Marketing Department at the rank of Assistant Professor or above for academic year 2019-2020. The position requires being responsible for conducting advanced research in chosen areas of expertise and interest; supervising doctoral candidates; teaching basic and advanced courses in marketing at the Master’s Degree level; contributing to the research and teaching of other faculty members. Candidates must have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in marketing or related fields (e.g., economics, management, psychology, sociology, statistics, cognitive sciences, etc.) in hand or expected by employment start date. Selection criteria include potential for (or record of) superior research, adaptability and creative interests in application to marketing problems, excellent teaching ability, and strong recommendations. Applications should include a complete curriculum vita, copies of research papers and three letters of recommendation. Applicants in the process of completing a doctoral degree should include an approved dissertation proposal or a research paper that represents progress in the dissertation. Professor of Management & Organizations (Open Rank)


The Management and Organizations Department of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions. We are primarily interested in applications at the rank of Assistant Professor, but we will also consider outstanding candidates at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. Applicants should demonstrate an interest in topics relevant to management or organizations and provide evidence of outstanding research potential and an ability to enhance the department’s research and teaching portfolio. The department supports diverse approaches to research, grounded in psychology, sociology, organizational behavior and theory, strategic management and behavioral data science. A PhD or equivalent degree must be in hand or expected by employment start date.
