Cynthia Wang Joins Kellogg as Executive Director of the DRRC and Clinical Professor of Management and Organizations

Cynthia Wang will join Kellogg as the Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution and Research Center (DRRC) and Clinical Professor of Management and Organizations beginning this summer. She holds a BA in Psychology from Yale University and a MS and PhD in Management and Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Cynthia’s research interests are in the area of culture and diversity, ethical decision-making and negotiations. She is published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organization Science and Psychological Science. She has taught classes in negotiations, organizational behavior, group decision-making and cross-cultural communications at the undergraduate, MBA and executive levels. She has received several research and teaching awards, including best paper awards at the Academy of Management. She has also served as the program chair and a board representative for the International Association for Conflict Management.

Kellogg to Host Culture and Negotiation Conference

The Kellogg School of Management is pleased to host the Culture and Negotiation Conference from April 12 - April 14, 2018 at the Kellogg Global Hub to celebrate 30 years of supporting teaching and research on negotiation and dispute resolution. The conference will bring together scholars from two vibrant areas of research: culture and negotiation, and challenge them to develop an integrative agenda for future research and practice.

Kellogg to Hire a Postdoctoral Fellow within DRRC

The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is hiring for a Postdoctoral Fellow within the Dispute Resolution and Research Center (DRRC). The primary criterion for acceptance is research excellence relevant to conflict or cooperation, broadly defined; there is no teaching requirement.  The Fellow position will conduct original research with one or more faculty members in the MORS department. The Fellow is expected to get actively involved in the MORS and DRRC intellectual communities, by regularly participating in colloquia, workshops and research seminars. Kaplan Ethics Seminar Series Welcomes New Speakers

The Kaplan Ethics Series, sponsored by the Ford Motor Company Center for Global Citizenship, continues to bring together leading thinkers on ethics and morality from a variety of disciplines.
