2018 DRRC Conference Sponsorships

The Kellogg School of Management is pleased to sponsor the International Academy of Management Awards dinner July 18, 7-10pm at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square and the Conflict Management Division Social .  Since the Academy of Management Conference is in Chicago this year, the Kellogg School of Management is hosting a dinner on August 12, 6:30pm - 9:30pm at The Gage Restaurant in Chicago and immediately following Kellogg is hosting a party at the House of Blues on August 12.

Cynthia Wang is the Executive Director of DRRC and Clinical Professor of Management and Organizations

Cynthia Wang is the Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC) and Clinical Professor of Management and Organizations beginning this summer. She holds a BA in Psychology from Yale University and a MS and PhD in Management and Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Cynthia’s research interests are in the area of culture and diversity, ethical decision-making and negotiations. She is published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organization Science and Psychological Science. She has taught classes in negotiations, organizational behavior, group decision-making and cross-cultural communications at the undergraduate, MBA and executive levels. She has received several research and teaching awards, including best paper awards at the Academy of Management. She has also served as the program chair and a board representative for the International Association for Conflict Management.

Welcome to Jillian Jordan - DRRC Post-Doctoral Fellow for 2018

Jillian received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University in 2018.  Her research investigates the origins of human morality, exploring the power of the drive to be seen positively by others.  Her work integrates methods from psychology. behavioral economics, and evolutionary game theory.  We look forward to following Jillian's research through her time at Kellogg.
